Henley Half Marathon, Sunday 11th October 2009, report by Mr Magoo

Having missed out last year due to nursing duties, I was keen to see how the legs would fare with the hill of Henley. This is usually a good pre-HellRunner warm up race, but seeing as I'm not doing the Marlow half (dim-sum fest in London) nor Hell (going to Meet The Fockers in Malaysia), this will be the hilliest race of 2009.

One word of advice for next year - park in Waitrose car park! The field used as the official car park had one entrance, meaning our LadyBoys were left with an hour's wait to leave Henley. Terrific.
